Role Overview: The IT Business Analyst will bridge the gap between IT and the business, using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our solutions and ensuring they align perfectly with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.

Analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions and present actionable insights.

Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.

Review and validate test results ensuring system changes meet requirements.

Act as a liaison between departmental end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants, and other organizational units.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an IT Business Analyst or a related role.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information simply.
